To be eligible for membership, the applicant must:

  • Be recognized as a professional woman of the HIGHEST achievement in the fields of culinary or pastry arts, beverage management, hospitality, agriculture or other industry-related fields.

  • Have a minimum of 5 consecutive years of leadership experience in a culinary field prior to January 2024. If your work is not completely culinary in nature (such as PR, writing, event management, etc.), 75% of your work for those 5 years must be culinary-related.

  • Have high ethical standards and professional stature in her field and the Atlanta community.

Les Dames d’Escoffier International-Atlanta Chapter is recognized as one of the most active, productive and philanthropic chapters in our International organization. Founded in 1996, its current members represent women from virtually all aspects of the culinary industry, from caterers, chefs and farmers to event planners and food stylists to journalists and public relations specialists.
