LDEI has been a long-time friend of the Food Bank. On November 14, 5 Dames (we're working on more!) - Chefs Virginia Willis, Rebecca Lang, Holly Chute, Tamie Cook, Vanessa McIntyre and Pastry Chef Ami Dand - return to Simple Abundance to help attendees pull off the perfect Thanksgiving feast by each demonstrating how to make a delicious dish to add to your holiday meal.
Menu: Sparkling Pomegranate Punch, Goat Cheese and Roasted Grape Crostini, Wild Mushroom Soup, Fall Harvest Salad, Herb Roast Turkey with Apple Cider Gravy, Bourbon Collard Saute, Honey Lemon Roasted Sweet Potatoes, and Pumpkin Cheesecake on Gingersnap Crust. Evening includes wine tastings and a chance to win tasty door prizes.
